- With over 23 years of experience, a significant portion of it as an employee of important entities in the Colombian financial sector, I have worked in financial and legal areas. I have provided advice in civil and commercial law, corporate and corporate matters, international business and foreign investment, financial transactions, fiduciary services, mining and petroleum law, for both public and private companies in Colombia and other countries such as the United States, Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
- He has participated in significant boards of directors for both national and foreign companies, leading due diligence processes and overseeing business valuation, as well as facilitating the closure of company acquisition operations. I have also been involved in evaluating credit and investment operations for institutional investors, family offices, and national and international funds. As a transactional lawyer, I have facilitated negotiations for the structuring and closing of new business ventures, as well as in contractual dispute situations.
- Throughout his career, he has been engaged in national and international processes related to the establishment and enhancement of operations, client referencing, and the structuring of new products for fiduciary entities such as Fiduciaria Banreservas and Advanced Fiduciaria in the Dominican Republic, and Fiduagraria, Old Mutual, Corficolombiana, and Fiducentral in Colombia. He have been involved in more than 1000 Trusts, serving as a structurer, legal advisor, and/or operational implementer.
