  • Sandra Forero Ramírez is an architect from the Universidad Piloto de Colombia, with specializations in Urban Architecture and in Public Operations Assembly from the Paris School of Architecture and an Advanced Studies Diploma (DEA in Spanish) in Urbanism and Geography of the IHEAL from the Sorbonne University.

  • She has been leading the construction industry in Colombia for 9 years from the Presidency of Camacol, position that she will assume after being manager of Camacol in Bogotá and Cundinamarca. From her position, she contributes to the consolidation of the housing policy, the land-use planning, urban planification, the productive and sustainable development, and the digital transformation of the value chain of the country's building sector.

  • Currently she is Coordinator of the Commission of Housing and Development from the Interamerican Federation of Construction Industry, representative of the entrepreneurs at the National Commission of Competitiveness and member of the Superior Housing Council of the Ministry of Housing, the National Commission for Occupational Safety and Health in the Construction Sector of the Ministry of Labor and the National Planning Council. She has been Director of Territorial Development in the Housing Ministry, President of the National Professional Architecture Council and subdirector of Urban Planning in the Bogotá District Planning.

  • This year she was elected unanimously as President of the National Guild Council and is the first woman in the association's history to lead the guild of guilds in the sector.
